Keynote speaker Dean Jarman, a Vietnam veteran, will challenge residents to remember all veterans during a Memorial Day program at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 26, in Seaborn Jones Park in downtown Rockmart.
Jarman served in the United States Marines from 1972 to 1976. He reminds all Americans that Memorial Day is not “just any holiday” but one that holds special place in his heart and mind.
