Woman arrested while driving vehicle stolen by Cedartown man

A Rome woman is in jail this morning charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property after police said she was in possession of a stolen SUV during a traffic stop, reports stated.

According to Floyd County jail reports:

Margaret Vuckovich Thomas, 41, of 8 Timberlake Terrace was arrested around 6:30 p.m. on Sunday. She was reportedly driving a Green 1997 Chevy SUV that had been reported stolen by a Cedartown man.

She remained in jail this morning.
