The two accused in the murder of a Domino’s Pizza delivery worker were indicted in a special presentment by the Polk County Grand Jury last week.

The teenage suspect is identified in the indictment as Eddie Clark. Clark, 15, was indicted as an adult and those documents are public record, according to officials.

The presentment states that Clark and Cadedra Lynn Cook, 18, of 229 Thompson St., were indicted on charges of malice murder, felony murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault, and obstruction.

They are suspected of killing Elizabeth Hutcheson, 27, June 7 when she delivered pizza to Cook’s home.

According to the indictment, both are accused of stabbing and beating Hutcheson with a golf club. They also took her pizza money, according to the indictment.

While the amount of money has never been publicly disclosed, Domino’s policy is for deliver workers to carry less than $20.

Cook and the juvenile were arrested June 8 after a manhunt lead officers to a field at the Old Hale Manufacturing building on Lafayette Street where officers chased and eventually apprehended the duo.
