The Rockmart Lady Jackets were suppose to play the Central-Carroll Lady Lions in a huge Region 4-AAA, sub-region 'B' game Tuesday. It was also scheduled to be the Lady Jackets Senior Night game. However, due to rain the Lady Jackets and Central-Carroll will now play on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at Rockmart High School.

With only three sub-region games left, Rockmart's contest Wednesday could go a long way in determining seedings for the upcoming Region 4-AAA tournament.

Rockmart (15-8 overall) has won two of their three sub-region games this season - losing only to Central-Carroll (3-0 on Aug. 21) - and the Lady Jackets have won six of seven games against teams in their region this year. Central-Carroll (18-6, 7-0) comes into the contest atop the sub-region standings and have won five straight games and 13 out of their last 14.
