Thomas James Hilburn, 30, of 61 Formby Trail, Aragon, was arrested April 10 on charges of possession of a drug-related object, methamphetamine possession, and probation violation.

Brandon Chase Rayburn, 22, of 3398 Rockmart Highway, Cedartown, was arrested April 16 on charges of methamphetamine possession, aggravated stalking under the Family Violence Act (F.V.A.), oxycodone possession and carrying drugs across guard line.

Terry Dewayne Robinson, 41, of 430 Cashtown Loop, Aragon, was arrested April 12 on charges of theft by taking motor vehicle, theft by taking and probation violation.

The following people were released from the Polk County Jail.

Kenyon Lee Adams, 24, of 107 Grover St., Rome, was arrested April 11 on charges of parole violation, taillight, DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, improper left turn, driving on a suspended license, reckless driving, fleeing and attempting to elude, obstruction and too fast for conditions.

Nicolas Bahena Arroyo, 52, of 1600 Cave Spring Road S.W., Rome, was arrested April 18 on charges of reckless driving and passing on a hillcrest.

Justin Kyle Ballew, 23, of 100 Creekbank Road, Aragon, of 100 Creekbank Road, Aragon, was arrested April 15 on charges of driving with a suspended license and obscured tag.

Mitzi Lynn Butler, 42, of 2647 Rome Highway, Cedartown, was arrested April 13 on a charge of simple battery under F.V.A.

Richard Wayne Cantrell, 22, of 166 Wieuca Way, Cedartown, was arrested April 15 on two counts of theft by receiving.

Barbara Carter, 52, of 1035 Youngs Farm Road, Cedartown, was arrested April 17 on a charge of first-degree forgery.

Froylan Eslie Cervantes, 17, of 472 West Jule Peek Ave., Cedartown, was arrested April 15 on a charge of suspended license.

Courtney Shanell Clifton, 31, of 1706 Davis Road, Cave Spring, was arrested April 11 on charges of methamphetamine possession, possession of a drug-related object, and driving on a suspended registration.

Ronnie Dewayne Clifton, 37, of 1706 Davis Road, Cave Spring, was arrested April 11 on charges of parole violation, methamphetamine possession and possession of drug-related objects.

Jessica Dale Collins, 22, of 56 Portland Circle, Aragon, was arrested April 13 on charges of theft by receiving and first-degree forgery.

Alberto Cruz Duarte, 41, of 1352 Brooks St., Cedartown, was arrested April 16 on charges of driving unlicensed and safety restraints.

Keila Danyel Davis, 17, of 820 Hugh Stewart Road, Aragon, was arrested April 10 on a charge of affray and disrupting a public school.

Terrance Demetrius Davis, 24, of 419 Herbert St., Cedartown, was arrested April 14 on charges of failure to appear, striking a fixed object, reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude, seven counts of failure to stop for stop sign, failure to stop at railroad crossing, failure to maintain lane and bond drop.

Justin Alan Dean, 21, of 283 Oakwood Drive, Cedartown, was arrested May 2 on a charge of battery.

Lindsey Ann Dutton, 20, of 36 Bailey Road, Cedartown, was arrested April 12 on charges of taillights required and driving without a license.

Dennis Edwards, 48, of 2615 Rome Highway, Cedartown, was arrested April 10 on charges of methamphetamine possession and possession of a drug-related object.

Victoria Jade Hammond, 21, of 133 North Cave Spring St., Cedartown, was arrested April 16 on charges of two counts of failure to appear.

Angela Sue Hendricks, 35, of 95 Wieuca Way, Cedartown, was arrested April 15 on charges of driving on a withdrawn license.

Jose Hernandez-Gonzalez, 26, of 470 County Road, Albertville, Ala., was arrested April 13 on charges of failure to maintain lane and no license.

Dartanyus P. Hindsman, 33, of 213 Clyde St., Cedartown, was arrested April 10 on charges of aggravated assault, battery and false imprisonment.

Jeffery Edward Hodges, 25, of 1287 Dunn Road, Silver Creek, was arrested April 15 on charges of marijuana possession less than an ounce, taillights, fleeing or attempting to elude, DUI, and possession of a firearm or knife.

Roshanda Hodges, 48, of 5 Walton Way, Rockmart, was arrested April 15 on charges of obstruction, open container, public drunkenness, and resisting officer.

Lamon Steve Hooper, 58, of 827 Jones Ave., Rockmart, was arrested April 12 on a charge of possession of a drug-related object.

Sheena Brooke Laroche, 27, of 670 Lovvorn Road, Cedartown, was arrested April 18 on charges of possession of a schedule I narcotic and open container.

Abraham Padilla-Rios, 28, of an unknown Cedartown address, was arrested April 15 on charges of driving unlicensed and violation of the window tint law.

Mandy Kay Robinson, 30, of 835 College St., Rockmart, was arrested April 17 on charges of driving on suspended or revoked license and failure to maintain lane.

Michael Eugene Roper, 63, of 559 Cashtown Road, Aragon, was arrested April 13 on charges of driving on the wrong side of road, reckless driving and expired tag.

Carolyn L. Schrum, 46, of 70 Benedict School Road, Cedartown, was arrested April 18 on charges of allowing another to violate state law and party to a crime.

James Lamar Scoggins, 40, of 1196 Old Rome Road, Aragon, was arrested April 18 on a charge of driving on a suspended license.

Jesus Arredondo Segura, 37, of 234 East Fairmont Ave., Cedartown, was arrested April 16 on charges of no seatbelt and driving unlicensed.

Lacy Alexanda Shanks, 20, of 705 Cooper St., Cedartown, was arrested April 11 on charges of battery under F.V.A. and cruelty to children in the third degree.

Jeffery Allen Stevens, 21, of 237 Litchfield St., Rockmart, was arrested April 10 on charges of methamphetamine possession, possession of drug-related objects, theft by taking and theft by conversion.

Jonathan Dwayn Timms, 29, of 166 Wieuca Way, Cedartown, was arrested April 13 on charges of theft by receiving and two counts of bond drop.

Tonya Uzelac, 34, of 477 Judkin Mill Road, Cedartown, was arrested April 10 on charges of failure to appear and two counts of deposit account fraud.

Julio Aguilar Vasquez, 28, of 290 4th St., Cedartown, was arrested April 10 on charges of driving unlicensed, failure to appear and reckless driving.

Christopher Dennis Vines, 25, of 41 Sawmill Road, Cedartown, was arrested April 17 on charges of obstruction and burglary.
