The following people have been arrested on the listed charges according to the Polk County Jail docket book.

Timothy Lamar Owens, 50, of 1376 North Bellview Road, Rockmart, arrested Sept. 28 on charges of failure to notify of an address change as a sex offender and probation violation. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Robin Ann Keane, 39, of 1629 Prospect Road, Aragon, was arrested Sept. 29 on charges of methamphetamine possession and possession of tools for the commission of a crime. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Timothy Juan Washington, 32, of 20 Cashtown Loop, Aragon, was arrested Sept. 29, on charges of trafficking methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, methamphetamine possession and marijuana possession less than an ounce, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and two counts of possession of drug-related tools. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Hector Santay, 24, of 233 Southbroad St., Rome was arrested Sept. 30 on charges of obstruction and no license. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Bryan Ray Folsom, 37, of 748 Jacksonville Road, Tallapoosa, was arrested Oct. 1 on charges of improper use of dealer license plate and expired tag. He was transferred to Floyd County after paying his bond.

Rogelico Reynoso Gabriel, 44, of 133 Central St., Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 1 on charges of no license and failure to signal. He was released on a property bond.

Jorge Juarez Tomus, 38, of 285 4 th St., Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 1 on charges of battery and false imprisonment under the Family Violence Act (FVA), and cruelty to children in the third degree. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Jonathon Albert Runane, 19, of 6031 Kencorth Circle, Buford, was arrested Oct. 1 on charges of theft by receiving stolen property and violating registration and license requirement. He was released on a property bond.

Joshua Mark Queen, 28, of 1242 Old Rockmart Road, Silver Creek, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with possession of marijuana less than an ounce and driving on a suspended license. He was released on a property bond.

Christopher Scott Rogers, 27, of 429B Wimberly Hill Loop, Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 2, and charged with driving on a suspended license, possession of marijuana less than an ounce, and defective equipment. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Maria Lee Crocker, 29, of 1871 Johnson Lake Road, Cedartown, as arrested Oct. 2 on charges of drug possession with drugs not in original container, possession of schedule II drugs, drug conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, methamphetamine possession and possession of drug-related objects. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Stephanie Elaine Kent, 51, of 65 Wheeler Road, Rockmart, was arrested Oct. 3 on charges of DUI and failure to maintain lane. She was released per the request of Aragon Police Department.

Peyton Early Bostwick, 49, of 60 Collus Road, No. 10, Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 3 on charges of too fast for conditions, tag light requirement, driving on a suspended license, DUI, open container and reckless driving. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Kenny Eugene Owens, 22, of 306 Irwin St., Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 4 on charges of simple battery and criminal trespass under FVA. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Lakee Kantrall Middlebrook, 30, of 116 Nicole Circle, Rockmart, was arrested Oct. 4 on charges of failure to appear in Municipal Court, open container, DUI, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, failure to maintain lane and speeding. Middlebrook remains in the Polk County Jail.

Derek Michael Cason, 27, of 311 Corley Circle, Hiram, was arrested Oct. 4 on charges of DUI-alcohol and failure to stop at a stop sign. He was released on a property bond.

Michael Dwight Sorrell, 30, of 752 Rock Road, Rockmart, was arrested Oct. 4 on charges of failure to maintain lane, and driving with a suspended license. He was released at the request of Aragon Police Department.

Marcos Midrano Sanchez, 49, of 2900 Buchanan Highway, Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 4 on charges of habitual violator, no insurance, DUI and suspended registration. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Carlos Urellana, 27, of 603 Wissahickon Ave., Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 5 on charges of headlight violation and driving while unlicensed. He was released on a property bond.

Jason Raynard Jackson, 35, of 391 Jack Atkins Road, Aragon, was arrested Oct. 5 on charges of failure to appear and a probation violation. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Santos Urizar, 31, of 222 Coosawattee Drive, Rockmart, was arrested Oct. 6 on charges of false information to law enforcement; driving on cancelled license. He was released on a property bond.

Oscar Ovido Perez-Barris, 39, of 634 Georgia Ave., Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 6 on charges of driving while unlicensed and illegal window tint. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Angela Dawn Shirey, 38, of 3 Poplar St., Rome, was arrested Oct. 7 on charges of unlawful operation of a vehicle. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Eugene Starling Hughes, 45, of 18 Hill St., Rockmart, was arrested Oct. 7 on charges of criminal trespass and pubic drunk. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Terry Earnest Holston, 32, of 539 Hiram Way, Hiram, was arrested of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Brittany Marie Dorsey, 22, of 206 Plantation Ave., Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 8 on charges of driving in violation of permit and failure to maintain lane. She remains in the Polk County Jail.
