Michael Anthony Nixon, 17, of 2225 East Rome Highway, Aragon, was arrested Nov. 21 on charges of methamphetamine possession, possession of drug-related objects, and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was released on a property bond.

Matthew Ryan Nixon, 17, of 2225 East Rome Highway, Aragon, was arrested Nov. 21 on charges of methamphetamine possession, possession of drug-related objects and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance.

Chase Dayterrian Benham, 17, of 202 Hunter St., Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 21 on charges of possession of marijuana of less than an ounce and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. He was released on a property bond.

Charles Raymond Rogers, 44, of 1799 Atlanta Highway, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 22 on charges of DUI-alcohol, driving on a suspended license and failing a tag light requirement. He was released on a property bond.

Abigail Lindsey Kato, 28, of 47 Bellview Road, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 22 on charges of reckless driving and speeding. She was released on a property bond.

Gary Wayne Coggins, 21, of 46 Mann Road, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 23 on charges of battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA), and cruelty to children in the third degree. He was released on a property bond.

Violet Denise Coggins, 21, of 46 Mann Road, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 23 on charges of battery under FVA and cruelty to children in the third degree. She was released on a property bond.

Justin Kyle Ballew, 20, of 100 Creek Bank Road, Aragon, was arrested Nov. 23 on charges of theft by deception, entering auto, theft by taking, burglary and criminal trespass. He was released on $8,700 bond and his own recognizance.

Michael Shane Swift, 27, of 32 Williams St. Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 24 on charges of violation of protective order and deposit account fraud. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Hayle Amanda Morris, 18, of 521 Long Ave., Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 24 on a charge of prescription drugs must be kept in original container. She was released on a property bond.

Vernan Eugene Dunn, 25, of 658 Taylorsville Road, Aragon, was arrested Nov. 24 on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Quint Matthew Abernathy, 39, of 42 Walnut St., Aragon, was arrested Nov. 24 on a charge of simple battery. He was released on a property bond.

Tevin Deunte Clark, 18, of 214 Dever St., Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 24 on charges of reckless driving, no tag, failure to maintain lane, no insurance and unauthorized vehicle in roadway. He was released on a property bond.

Austin Wood Phillips, 18, of 301 Ivy St., Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 24 on charges of reckless driving, no tag, failure to maintain lane, no insurance and unauthorized vehicle in roadway. He was released on a property bond.

Clifford Tyre Adams, 41, of 364 East Point Road, Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 24 on charges of failure to appear and disorderly conduct. He was released per the request of the Cartersville Police Department.

Sharon Lynn Bolden, 49, of 1567 Bethlehem Road, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 24 on charges of terroristic threats and acts under FVA, two counts of criminal trespass, disorderly conduct aggravated assault under FVA and simple battery under FVA.

Little Willie McCain, 23, of 736 Pace St., Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 25 on a charge of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Nain Saulo Santigo-Berduo, 21, of 424 Shorter Ave., Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 25 on charges of violating the windshield requirement and driving while unlicensed. He was released per the request of the Aragon Police Department.

Emilee Faith Duke, 27, of 278 Hendrix Road, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 25 on charges of simple battery under FVA and cruelty to children in the third degree. She was released on a property bond.

Dakota Tallor Cates, 19, of 695 McBrayer Road, Buchanan, was arrested Nov. 25 on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, alternate identification violation, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, and headlight violation. She was released on a property bond.

Scottie Joe Simpson, 26, of 1066 Morgan Road, Bremen, was arrested Nov. 26 on charges of driving too fast for conditions, driving on a suspended license, and no insurance. He was released on a property bond.

Angela Sue Landrum, 42, of 302 Morgan St., Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 26 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and obstruction of an officer. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Curtis Raymond Hunter, 23, of 400 Norton Springs Road, Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 27 on charges of terroristic threats and acts, battery, disorderly conduct, false imprisonment and aggravated assault all under FVA. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Johnny Allen Heard, 48, of 65 Braswell Road, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 27 on charges of driving on a suspended license, no brake lights and driving in violation of conditions of a limited permit. He was released on a property bond.

Michael Charles Livingston, 40, of 265 North Piedmont St., Room #107, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 27 on a charge of forgery in the first degree. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Theresa Marie Livingston, 36, of 616 Pine Way, Dallas, was arrested Nov. 27 on charges of conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Whitney Paige Wilson, 27, of 111 Peachtree Road, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 27 on a charge of driving on a suspended license. She was released on a property bond.

Kevin Lamont Boozer, 33, of 3132 Old Cedartown Road, Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 27 on charges of affixing a license plate with intent to misrepresent, defective equipment, improperly transferred plate, failure to change address, and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was released on a property bond.

Jody Ray Nails, 32, of 717 Burkhalter Road, Silver Creek, was arrested Nov. 27 on charges of headlight violation, no insurance, drug possession, drugs to be kept in original container, cancelled registration, open container, not registering a vehicle within 30 days, and driving in violation of a license restriction. He was released on a bond transfer.

Raymond David Murphy, 48, of 88 Portland Circle, Aragon, was arrested Nov. 28 on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, methamphetamine possession, and methamphetamine trafficking. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Penny Michelle Agan, 37, of 2439 Wax Road, Aragon, was arrested Nov. 28 on charges of methamphetamine possession. She was released on her own recognizance.

Krissy Michelle Brand, 18, of 546 Lane St., Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 28 on charges of disorderly conduct and underage consumption. She was released by the Rockmart Police Department.

Robyn Allison Parker, 28, of 105 Oak Hill Way, Aragon, was arrested Nov. 28 on a charge of criminal damage to property in the second degree. She was released on her own recognizance.

Clayton William Wilbanks, 38, of 501 Spruce St., Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 28 on charges of burglary and party to a crime. He was released on a property bond.

Kevin Wade User, 22, of 35 Lake View Circle, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 28 on charges of battery, three counts of cruelty to children in the third degree and criminal trespass, all under FVA. He was released on a property bond.

Patches Nicole Clements, 33, of 705 Smith Ave., Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 28 on a charge of battery under FVA. She was released on a property bond.

Shannon Sherree Burgin, 44, of 13225 County Road 18, Centre, Ala.,, was arrested Nov. 28 on a charge of driving while unlicensed. She was released on a property bond.

Daisao Babe Ruth Zamorai, 48, of 6873 Wade Road, Austell, was arrested Nov. 28 on charges of driving without a license. He was released on a property bond.

Billy James Gilliam, 35, of 105 Oak Hollow Way, Aragon, was arrested Nov. 28 on a charge of aggravated battery. He was released on a property bond.

Robert Wayne Lilly, 26, of 78 Marty Lane, Dallas, was arrested Nov. 28 on charges of three counts of simple assault, battery and two counts of cruelty to children in the third degree, all under FVA. He was released per the request of Judge Crane.

Steven Lamar Waddell, 57, of 687 Portland Road, Aragon, was arrested Nov. 28 on a charge of arson. He was released on a property bond.

Mendez Rigoberto Perez, 22, of 611 Highway 278, Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 28 on charges of DUI, driving while unlicensed, open container, failure to maintain lane and driving on the wrong side of the road. He was released per the request of the Cedartown Police Department.
