Clifford Cornelius Woffard, 31, of 801 Jefferson St., Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 14 on charges of resisting a police officer and failure to appear. He was released on time served.

Barnard Rayshun Dorsey, 34, of 318 Dorsey Road, Rockmart was arrest Nov. 14 on charges of disorderly conduct and driving while license is suspended. He was released per the request of the Cartersville Police Department.

Perez Wilfredd Perez, 28, of 304 4 th St., Cedartown, was arrested on charges of driving without a license and no proof of insurance. He was released on a property bond.

Richard Alan Boyd, 29, of 220 Hatfield Road, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 14 on charges of reckless driving, failure to maintain lane and open container. He was released on a property bond.

Daniel Ray Winkles, 39, of 1870 Cave Spring Road, Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 14 on a charge of battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). He was released on a property bond.

John Edward Williams Jr., 38, of 465 Calhoun Ave., Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 15 on charges of DUI-less safe, reckless driving and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was released per the request of the Aragon Police Department.

Otis Dustin Ferguson, 22, of 13 Oak St., Aragon, was arrested Nov. 15 on charges of aggravated stalking. He was released on a property bond.

William Leatherwood, 41, of 711 Canal St., Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 15 on charges of driving while license is suspended, DUI – less safe, and failure to maintain lane. He was released per the request of the Cedartown Police Department.

Raynard Steven Jones, 38, of 68 South Wilson St., Villa Rica, was arrested Nov. 16 on charge of probation violation, and failure to appear in probate court. He was released on time served.

Cicely Grace Summerville, 23, of 419 Bluff St., Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 16 on charges of failure to appear in superior court and a probation violation. She was released on a property bond.

Michael Shane Swift, 27, of 32 Williams Road, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 16 on a charge of aggravated stalking. He was released on a property bond.

Steven Andrew Yarbrough, 20, of 53 Crayton St., Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 16 on charges of theft by conversion, party to a crime, theft by receiving and burglary. He was released on a property bond.

Scott Wade Lee, 38, of 53 Crayton St., Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 16 on charges of burglary, theft by receiving, and theft by conversion. He was released on a property bond.

Starling Eugene Hughes, 45, of 18 Hills St., Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 17 on two counts of entering an auto with the intent to carry out a theft. He was released on his own recognizance.

Joshua Adam Bollen, 20, of 58 Polk Road, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 17 on charges of driving while unlicensed, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, and methamphetamine possession. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Daniel Jay Brown, 41, of 118 Waddell Circle, Aragon, was arrested Nov. 17 on charges of driving on a suspended license and a railroad crossing violation. He was released per the request of the Aragon Police Department.

Edgar Juarez de Leon, 20, of 637 West Ave., Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 18 on charges of malfunctioning tag light, no insurance, and expired registration. He was released on a property bond.

Perez Cesarabel Vasquez, 19, of 464 6 th St., Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 18 on charges of driving while unlicensed and failing to signal when changing lanes. He was released on a property bond.

Vasquez Lazaro Gabino Tomas, 25, of 213 Atlanta St., Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 18 on charges of malfunctioning taillight and driving unlicensed. He was released on a property bond.

Rob Lee Jordan, 30, of 97 Long Street Road, Aragon, was arrested Nov. 18 was arrested on suspended license and unauthorized vehicle in road. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Ricky Lee Venable, 55, of 102 Beech St., Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 19 on charges of simple assault FVA, criminal trespass, and battery under FVA. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Edward Darrin Hulsey, 43, of 456 Coots Lake Road, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 19 on charges of burglary and theft by taking. He was released on a property bond.

Jason Lee Timms, 24, of 395 Fairview Ave., Cedartown was arrested Nov. 19 on charges of criminal trespass and criminal damage to property. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Gavin Tyrone Kinnemore, 21, of 1484 Prospect Road, Aragon, was arrested Nov. 20 on charges of possession of more than an ounce of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute, tools for commission of a crime and pills not in original container. He was released on a property bond.

Joshua Dewanne White, 22, of 19 Main Line Road, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 20 on charges of DUI-less safe, running a stop sign, possession of more than an ounce of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute, pills not in original container and possession of tools for the commission of a crime. He was released on a property bond.

James Strickland, 22, of 262 Mann Road, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 20 on charges of carrying a pistol without a license, carrying a concealed firearm, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was released on a property bond.

Phillip Allen Downs, 46, of 11 Creekside Lane, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 20 on charges of sexual battery, aggravated child molestation and aggravated sodomy. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Matthew Shane Bussey, 32, of 67 Kingston Pointe, Kingston, was arrested Nov. 20 on charges of driving while license is withdrawn and windshield requirement. He was released per the request of Aragon to Kennesaw Police Department.

Vincent Alexander Miller, 18, of 76 Muskogee Crossing, Dallas, was arrested Nov. 21 on charges of failing to apply for license within 60 days of changing address, methamphetamine possession, possession of drug-related objects, and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Michael Jamar Alexander, 23, of 816 North Main St., #26, Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 5 on charges of DUI-drugs and disorderly conduct. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Kimberly Anne Housen, 25, of 311 Irwin St., Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 5 on charges of driving while license in suspended (third offense), and driving with defective equipment. He was released per the Cedartown Police Department.

Osbaldo Itzep, 39, of 307 Central St., Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 6 on charges of no tag light, violating headlight requirement and driving while unlicensed. He was released on a property bond.

Erik Abraham Velasquiz, 31, of 21 Virginia Ave., Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 6 on charges of simple battery under FVA and cruelty to children in the third degree. He was released on a property bond.

Thomas Lee Emmett, 29, of 432 Stringer Road, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 6 on charges of disorderly conduct, possession of drug-related objects and methamphetamine possession. He was released on a property bond.

Damon Leon Morris, 34, of 1005 Georgia Ave., Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 6 on charges of simple battery under FVA, criminal damage to property in the second degree. He was released on a property bond.

Brandon Lee Rowell, 30, of 2039 Rome Highway, Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 6 on charges of burglary, theft by taking and obstruction. He was released on a property bond.
