The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed according to the Polk County Jail docket book.

Albert Curtis Ware, 20, of 2649 Cedartown Highway, Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 6 on charges of battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA), aggravated stalking, and cruelty to children in the third degree. He was released on a dropped bond.

Jason Allen White, 29, of 7101 Highway 27, Buchanan, was arrested Nov. 6 on charges of CUI, failing to stop at a stop sign, and driving on a suspended license. He was released on a property bond.

Hector Moreno Rosas, 29, of 130 Elizabeth St., Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 7 on charges of failure to maintain lane and driving while unlicensed. He was released on a property bond.

Jessie Ray Haddock, 18, of 228 North Bellview Road, Aragon, was arrested Nov. 7 on charges of criminal trespass and theft by taking. He was released on a property bond.

Author Lee Thomas, 20, of 228 North Bellview Road, Aragon, was arrested Nov. 7 on charges of criminal trespass and theft by taking. He was released on a property bond.

Dexter Christopher Barnett, 36, of 53 Wheeler Road, Apt. 2, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 7 on charges of driving on a suspended license and speeding. He was released on a property bond.

Roland Scott Williams, 25, of 206 Victory Drive, Dallas, was arrested Nov. 8 on charges of operation of vehicle with an improperly transferred registration, DUI, and failing to stop. He was released on a property bond.

Jimmy Ware, 56, of 4791 Oglesby Road, Powder Springs, was arrested Nov. 8 on charges of no proof of insurance, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and speeding. He was released per the request of the Aragon Police Department.

Jason Heath Waters, 36, of 82 Church Street, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 8 on a charge of battery under FVA. He was released on a property bond.

Irineo Escobar-Sequendo, 32, of 383 North Fairground St., Marietta, was arrested Nov. 8 on charges of failure to maintain lane and driving without a license. He was released on a property bond.

Herbert Vernon Archer, 40, 97 Browns Way, Franklintown, N.C., was arrested on an open container violation and driving on a suspended license. He was released per the request of the Cedartown Police Department.

Jasmine Nicole Vaughn, 17, of 615 Robert L. Park Blvd., Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 9 on charges of terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, and obstruction. She was released on a property bond.

Roblero Evir Cifuentes, 31, of 457 G St., Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 10 on charges of public drunkenness and reckless conduct. He was released on a property bond.

Amy Celine Lameka, 38, of 220 Marshall St., Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 10 on a charge of DUI. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Ronald Brian Vice 37, of 188 Michael Blvd., Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 11 on a charge of simple battery under FVA. He was released on his own recognizance.

Kriston Adair Faires, 19, of 153 Milley Road, Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 12 on charges of burglary and criminal trespass. She was released on a property bond.

Kisha Yvette Baines, 20, of 10 Ridgewood Drive, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 12 on a charge of deposit account fraud. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Jessica Inez Holcome, 26, of 273 of North Marble St., Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 12 on a charge of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

David Chase Baldwin, 25, of 422 Morton Springs Road, Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 12 on a charge of forgery in the first degree. He was released on a property bond.

Dumont Camp, 54, of 203 Hampton St., Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 12 on a charge of aggravated stalking. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Charles David Chaney, 39, of Lot No. 310 Logan’s Crossing, Dallas, was arrested Nov. 13 on charges of theft by taking and criminal trespass. He was released on a property bond.

Eric D. Vicella, 19, of 809 Briarwood Circle, Rome, was arrested Nov. 13 on charges of cancelled registration and driving without a license. He was released on a property bond.

Brian Edward Carver, 35, of 2571 Yorkville Highway, Apt. #1, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 13 on charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats and acts, two counts of obstruction of an officer an interference with an emergency call under FVA. He remains in the Polk County Jail.
