Michael Chad Garrett, 27, of 470 Pine Street, Rockmart, was arrested June 27 on charges of criminal attempt to commit burglary, criminal damage to property and vandalism. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Esau Neftali Gozalez, 27, of 1141 East Avenue, Cedartown, was arrested June 27 on charges of speeding, DUI, open container, and driving without a license. He was released per request of Cedartown Police Department.

Dameon Raheem Davenport, 28, of 867 Dever St., Rockmart, was arrested June 27 on charges of battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and cruelty to children in the third degree. He was released on a property bond.

Steven Craig Mosley Jr., 25, of 458 South Marble St., Rockmart, was arrested June 27 on charges of possession of stolen property, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute and possession of drug-related objects. He was released on his own recognizance.

Salvador Cabrera, 33, of 1112 Brook St., Cedartown, was arrested June 27 on charges of speeding, child restraint and driving while unlicensed. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Hurbano Ramirez, 22, of 216 Atlanta St., Cedartown, was arrested June 27 on charges of disorderly conduct, underage consumption, and public drunkenness. He was released per request of the Cedartown Police Department.

Andrew Scott Posey, 38, of 211 Bushmill Rd., Bremen, was arrested June 27 on charges of public indecency, disorderly conduct and open container. He was released per request of the Cedartown Police Department.

Jesus Soto Gomez, 35, of 214 Atlanta St., Cedartown, was arrested June 27, on charges of DUI, failing to maintain lane, reckless conduct; and no license. He was released on a property bond to Paulding County where he is wanted on other charges.

Adrian Daray Bentley, 18, of 108 ﾽ Slate St., Rockmart, was arrested June 28 on charges of criminal attempt to commit theft and obstruction of a law enforcement officer. He was released on a property bond.

Terry Dwight Jackson, 29, of 96 Wheeler Road, Rockmart, was arrested June 28 on charges of open container and DUI. He was released per request of the Rockmart Police Department.

Robert Bryan Culver III, 37, of 714 Jones Avenue, Rockmart, was arrested June 28 on charges of methamphetamine possession, and no license on person. He was released on a property bond.

Keith Clinton Coburn, 33, of 999 Georgia Ave., Cedartown, was arrested June 28 on charges of battery under FVA, possession and use of drug-related objects and methamphetamine possession. He was released on his own recognizance.

Earl Shane Slaton, 22, of 24 Valley Road, Cave Spring, was arrested June 29 on charges of speeding and driving with a suspended license. He was released on a transfer bond.

Darious Sharod Parker, 40, of 105 Bryant Circle, Cedartown, was arrested June 29 on charges of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of a schedule I drug. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Phillip Dunte Johnson, 24, of 119 Cobb St., Cedartown, was arrested June 29 on charges of possession of less of an ounce of marijuana and possession of a schedule I drug. He was released on a property bond.

Jorge Lewis Martinez Alem, 24, of 2407 Maple Road, S.E., Rome, was arrested June 30 on charges of driving while unlicensed and failing to maintain lane. He was released per the request of the Aragon Police Department.
