Becky Wilson, of 100 Cherokee Terrace, competed in the National American Miss Georgia Pageant held in Atlanta on July 4 weekend.

Miss Wilson scored notably high in the Top Model Competition, and received the Miss Spirit of America Award. She also received first place in the photogenic competition.

By placing first in the photogenic competition, Wilson is now eligible to compete in the National All-American Miss Pageant, located in Los Angeles, California in November. While there, Wilson will be competing with Queen courts and Optional courts.
