A spokeswoman for the submarine force says the Supply Corps officers are charged with fraud and conduct unbecoming of a Naval officer under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
Navy Cmdr. Monica Rousselow (ROO'-seh-loh) said Monday that one of them is also charged with falsifying an official statement. Their names were not released.
The Navy announced in March that three officers had been reassigned to a base in Georgia as the Naval Criminal Investigative Service probed allegations of travel claim fraud. Rousselow said one of the three was cleared of wrongdoing.
Rousselow said the fraud involved about $4,500 per officer and occurred before they reported to their submarines.
